easy chicken breast
- chicken breast 250 gms
- Amul butter 10 gms
- spices/masala/ salt
- 1 tomato
- half onion
Marinate the chicken and set it aside in a clean and cool place. You can keep it overnight in the fridge too.
chop the onion and tomato.
butter the kadai. put the chops in and stir fry in medium heat.
put the chicken in and stir it along and close the lid
keep the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes. after its cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes
your soft chicken breast is ready.
