Ingredients for Easy Banana Egg Pancake
- › Banana 1, medium sized
- › Eggs 2
- › Ghee 3 gm
Method
1. In a bowl mash banana, add the eggs and beat until well incorporated.
2. Heat a tawa, brush with ghee and add the whole mixture.
3. Cover and cook on low flameuntil the pancake is browned at the base.
4. Carefully flip the pancake, cook for additional 10 seconds and remove.
