Ingredients for EASY & QUICK PANEER MARGHERITA
- › Paneer = 200 gm
- › Mushroom = 30 gm
- › Broccoli = 50 gm
- › Tomatos = 15 gm
- › French Beans = 20 gm
- › Black Pepper = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- › Chilli flakes = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- › Oregano = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- › Olive oil = 10 gm
- › Salt to taste
Method
1. Take pan and heat olive oil in it.
2. Sauté all vegetables on low flame till it's half cooked for 5 minutes.
3. Add Oregano, Black pepper, Chilli flakes and Salt. Stir all to sauté together.
4. Add cubed Paneer and stir till vegetables cook as per your desire around 5 minutes.
5. Garnish with appropriate dressing.
