EASY & QUICK PANEER MARGHERITA
- Paneer = 200 gm
- Mushroom = 30 gm
- Broccoli = 50 gm
- Tomatos = 15 gm
- French Beans = 20 gm
- Black Pepper = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- Chilli flakes = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- Oregano = 1/3rd Teaspoon
- Olive oil = 10 gm
- Salt to taste
Take pan and heat olive oil in it.
Sauté all vegetables on low flame till it's half cooked for 5 minutes.
Add Oregano, Black pepper, Chilli flakes and Salt. Stir all to sauté together.
Add cubed Paneer and stir till vegetables cook as per your desire around 5 minutes.
Garnish with appropriate dressing.
