  • Recipe Ingredients list100 g boneless chicken breast
  • Recipe Ingredients list150 g chopped spinach
  • Recipe Ingredients list10 g ghee
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 g chopped onion
  • Recipe Ingredients list50 g sliced tomatoes
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/3 tsp turmeric powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1tsp corriander powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 green chillies
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste

Direction

Step-1

Marinate chicken with all dry spices ( except roasted jeera powder) and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.

Step-2

Take ghee in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.

Step-3

Add marinate chicken , mix it well and fry everything for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step-4

Add sliced tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

Step-5

Add about 60-70 ml water, cover and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat

Step-6

Add chopped spinach and mix everything well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Step-7

Now add split green chillies and roasted jeera powder.

Step-8

Cook for another 2 minutes and it's done.
