Easiest palak chicken
- 100 g boneless chicken breast
- 150 g chopped spinach
- 10 g ghee
- 50 g chopped onion
- 50 g sliced tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp corriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
- Salt to taste
Marinate chicken with all dry spices ( except roasted jeera powder) and ginger garlic paste for 1 hour.
Take ghee in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.
Add marinate chicken , mix it well and fry everything for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Add sliced tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
Add about 60-70 ml water, cover and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat
Add chopped spinach and mix everything well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add split green chillies and roasted jeera powder.
Cook for another 2 minutes and it's done.
