Ingredients for Dum tava pulav
- › 100 gm paneer 10gm oil 100 gm mix veg 30g uncooked rice 4 gm schezwan fried rice masala Khada jeera,ginger, garlic, red chilli, powder, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, salt one small charcoal for smoky flavour.
Method
1. Boil rice and vegetables saprately.Roast Paneer like tikka. put oil on tava and saute vegetable,add dried spices and add roasted paneer and finally add cool boiled rice and mix it well.
