Dum Chicken 🔥
- Chicken 300g
- Curd 100g
- Mustard oil 15g
- Dry Ginger powder
- Fennel seed powder
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch
1.Heat oil in heavy bottom pan.Add oil
2.Add hing jeera and then add chicken pieces,sprinkle some dry ginger powder and let it cook for 10 min on simmer with cover on.
3.turn pieces in between.Once chicken pieces changes color add salt,turmeric,kashmiri Lal Mirch and mix well.cook for 2 min
4.Add 100g curd and mix well and add fennel seeds powder and cook on low flame for 5 min with cover on
5.once you see oil on sides,add water as per gravy requirements and bring it to boil on high flame for 2-3 min.& it’s done.
Same gravy can be used for mushroom/paneer/mutton and authentic dum aloo ❤️
