Ingredients for Dudhi halva
- › 200 gms grated dudhi
- › 20 gms almond milk
- › 20 gms almonds
- › 5 gms ghee
- › cinnamon
- › cardamon
- › nutmeg
- › Stevia
- › salt to taste
Method
1. Take the ghee in the pan on low heat
2. Grate the dudhi and add it directly to the pan
3. Add a pinch of Cardamon, pinch of Cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
4. Add the Almond milk, Stevia and salt for taste.
