How to make Dudhi Bharta
Step-1
Chop Dudhi finely, boil it and make sure your are mashing it after boiling to give Bharta feel and look to the dish
Step-2
Take Ghee in hot pan, add ginger garlic paste ( optional, but this surely enhances the taste), add finely chopped onion and tomato.
Add Salt, Chilli powder, pinch of turmeric, Garam masala, pinch of raw mango powder(amchur)
Step-3
Add Dudhi and half cup water, cover it with lid.
let it cook for 5-6 mins
Step-4
Once done, just add pinch of pav bhaji masala in the end and you can serve it with bread(optional)
