शेवग्याच्या शेगाचीं भाजी ( drumstick pods sabji)
- Drumstick 300 mg
- Coconut 20 gm
- Onion , garlic, curry leaves, fresh coriander, mustard seeds
- Red chilly powder, turmeric, Goda masala, coriander powder, dhania powder.
- Oil 15 ml
- Jaggery 2 gm
Wash drumstick and cut the pod at one to two inches intervals.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,curry leaves and when the seeds splutter, add onions and sauté till lightly browned.
Add garlic and all masalas
Salute it on high flame for 1 min and then slow the flame
Add drumstick pods. mix it thoroughly with masala so that pods get coated with masala.
Keep lid on kadhai.
Trick is to steam the pods on low flame so check kadhai time to time so that pods will not get burned.
Add little bit water as required
When pods get soft add salt , fresh coconut, coriander pinch of jaggery.
Serve hot with rice...awesome taste
Ps....this Receipe serves family of 4 so oil is used 15 ml ... reduce oil according to ur macros...
