Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listDrumstick 300 mg
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut 20 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion , garlic, curry leaves, fresh coriander, mustard seeds
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed chilly powder, turmeric, Goda masala, coriander powder, dhania powder.
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil 15 ml

Direction

Step-1

Wash drumstick and cut the pod at one to two inches intervals.

Step-2

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,curry leaves and when the seeds splutter, add onions and sauté till lightly browned.

Step-3

Add garlic and all masalas

Step-4

Salute it on high flame for 1 min and then slow the flame

Step-5

Add drumstick pods. mix it thoroughly with masala so that pods get coated with masala.

Step-6

Keep lid on kadhai.

Step-7

Trick is to steam the pods on low flame so check kadhai time to time so that pods will not get burned.

Step-8

Add little bit water as required

Step-9

When pods get soft add salt , fresh coconut, coriander pinch of jaggery.

Step-10

Serve hot with rice...awesome taste

Ps....this Receipe serves family of 4 so oil is used 15 ml ... reduce oil according to ur macros...
