Double ka meetha
- Bread slices 2 (used whole wheat bread)
- Butter/Ghee 10g
- Almonds 2g
- Pistachios 2g
- Cashew 2g
- Cardamom powder
Cut the bread slices vertically into two pieces.
Apply little butter on both sides and place them on hot pan. Let them toast both sides well. Remove and place them in a bowl.
Now add 3/4 to 1 cup water in the same pan, add butter, stevia, erythritol (4-5 tsp) and let the water boil. Reduce the water a bit till u feel little bit sticky. Add cardamon powder.
Pour this erythritol syrup over the bread slices evenly.
Roast the diced or grated nuts in remaining butter and garnish on top of the bread.
Let it rest and keep in the refrigerator for 10mins before serving.
P.S. Pour Rabri mixture on it for a rich cream flavour and more traditional taste of Double ka meetha.
