Double Cheese Vegetable Grill Sandwich
- Bread - 2 Slice
- Cheese Slice - 1
- Cheese Cube - Half
- Vegetables - Onion, Capsicum
- Coriander Mint Chutney (optional)
Mix finely chopped vegetables with grated cheese.
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Apply green chutney on one slice.
Add the stuffing on top of bread slice.
Put cheese slice over the top and put another bread.
Grill the sandwich until done.
Enjoy the cheesy yumm 😋 sandwich.
Note: You can add extra cheese or other vegetables as per your preference.
