Ingredients for Double cheese omlette
- › 4 egg whites
- › 2 whole eggs
- › Italian seasoning
- › Oregano
- › Cheese slice
- › Mozzarella cheese
- › Oil
- › Salt and chilly powder
Method
1. Whisk 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites together. Add salt, chilly powder and Italian seasoning to the mixture. Heat a pan and add 2-3 ml oil. Once heated pour the mixture and put a cheese slice and some shredded cheese on the top. Put some oregano and cover it with a lid. After 3-4 min flip it and repeat. Once done serve hot
