35 gms Urad dal 70 gms Rice 1 tbsp of oil 3 seeds of meethi

Step-1
1. Soak the dal , rice and meethi seeds in the water in the morning .
2. let it soak till night
3. In the night , grind them all on fine batterwith little water.
4. pour it in the bowl keep it over night so that it fermintates.
5. in the morning , heat the pan .
6. Add ladleful of batter to the center of the pan, begin to spread the batter in a sweeping circular motion. let it cook till it becomes golden brown .
7. Now enjoy it .
you can eat with chicken curry or chutney. but make sure they are under macros 😝😜
