How to make dosa

Step-1

200 gms millets/ rice 130 gms urad dal 30 gms bengal gram 40 gms soya chunks powder. Soak millets separately. soak for 6 hours Add the powder while grinding. Leave it overnight for fermentation. add salt in the morning and adjust consistency. enjoy your dosa
