How to make Dhokla
Step-1
put one cup of besan in a bowl
Step-2
add little water
Step-3
mix it well so there are no lumps
Step-4
batter should not b too thick or too runny
Step-5
add salt n leave it for 30 minutes
Step-6
then add ENO n mix it well again
Step-7
then steam it for 8-10 minutes
