Ingredients for Deviled Eggs with Sauteed Veggies
- › Eggs -4
- › Homemade Mayonnaise -20gm
- › Homemade Ketchup -10gm
- › onion -10gm
- › Salt, Italian herbs, chilli flakes, pepper - APT
Method
1. Boil eggs well, once done peel and wash eggs.
2. Slice into half and remove the yolks into a bowl mix with all ingredients and make paste like texture
3. use a piping bag to place it back into the egg whites
4. garnish with parsley and serve with sauteed veggies
