Direction

Step-1

In 100ml milk dissolve 10g of gelatin and keep aside for 10 mins and then microwave it for 30secs

Step-2

Now separated egg yolks and whites Mix egg whites till it becomes fluffy and keep it aside..

Step-3

In double boiler mix egg yolks stevia vanilla essence and stir continuously till the color of egg yolks becomes light... add 400ml milk and keep stirring.. Now add gelatin mixed with milk and stir for few mins... Then add egg white and keep folding them..

Step-4

Take it out from double boiler and divide into two equal parts.

Step-5

Add chocolate ice cream in one part and add vanilla ice cream in other...

Step-6

Now in a dish first put chocolate and keep it it fridge and let it set...

Step-7

Once the chocolate portion is set pour the vanilla and put it fridge and let it set further more...
