  • Recipe Ingredients listVeggies - 50 Grams (capsicum, cabbage, corn, tomato, onion)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 5 Grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listFlour - 25 Grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listCheese Slice - 1
  • Recipe Ingredients listHummus - 10 Grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listChilli Sauce - 1/2 Tsp

Direction

Step-1

Add salt in flour and kneed it.

Step-2

Roll the dough to make a chapati and cook it on a pan.

Step-3

Chop all the veggies and boil corn. Lightly season all the veggies with salt.

Step-4

Now spread hummus on the top of chapati. Next spread chilli sauce.

Step-5

Now add chopped cabbage, onion, tomatoes, capsicum and corn. Top it with the chesse Slice and fold the chapati in half to make Quesadilla

Step-6

Heat ghee in a pan and cook the Quesadilla from one side thn the other side until it is crisp.

Step-7

Cut it in 2 half and enjoy 😋
