Delicious Shrimp Scampi

1/2 tablespoons butter 1/2 tablespoon oil 6 cloves garlic, chopped 400 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper ½ lemon, juiced 1 teaspoon red chili flake 10 grams coriander leaves/parsley, chopped 20 grams tomato chopped

Step-1
Heat the pan over medium heat.
Melt the butter and oil in the pan.
Cook the garlic until it turns golden brown.
Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper, cover with lid and cook until shrimp is pink all the way through, for 6-7 minutes.
Add chopped tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, chili flakes, and coriander leaves.
Serve with spaghetti, or salad.
