Ingredients for Delicious Oatmeal breakfast
- › -Instant Oats, 35gm -Chocolate whey protein, 1 scoop -Thick curd, 80gm -Almonds, 10 no -Banana, small -Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, 20 gm -Flaxseeds, 10 gm -Black Raisins, 20 no -Crane berries, 20 no
Method
1. Mash one small banana in a bowl.
2. Mix one scoop chocolate Whey protein and mix it well to make it consistent.
3. Add oats, flax seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, curd, almonds, black raisins and crane berries and give it a good mix.
4. Enjoy your breakfast.
