Ingredients for Defatted Soya Vanilla Cake
- › All Purpose Flour 70g Defatted Soya Flour 70g Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Low Calorie Sweetner 50g Milk 240ml Oil 25ml
1. 1) Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter. 2) Transfer the batter to a greased container approximately 6-7 inch in size. 3) Bake in a hot kadhai on low medium flame for 20-25 minutes 4) After 20 minutes insert a toothpik and check. If it comes clean then switch off the flame. 5) Cool it and then slowly tap and remove it. 6) Your Soya Chunks Vanilla cake is ready. You can decorate it with chocolate syrup or whipping cream or any icing of your choice.
