Ingredients for Defatted Soya Fresh Lime Soda
- › Lemon juice 7-10 ml Soya Chunks (Defatted Soya) Flour 25 g Jaljira powder 5 g Black Salt 5 g Low calorie Sweetner 10 g (optional) Ice cubes 3-4 Mint leaves 4-5 Water As needed
1. 1) Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend. 2) Now pour this mixture in a glass with ice and mint leaves. 3) Now add drinking soda to it. Your defatted soya fresh lime soda is ready. Tips: 1) You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour. 2) You can add flavoured syrup like khus, orange, mango or any flavoured whey to make flavoured lassi and even increase the protein content
