How to make Dats Barfi
Dry roast Pumpkin seeds & Oats & keep it cool
Medium size chop all dryfruits (I.e kaju, Almond, wall nut, pista)
Roast all dryfruits in half table spoon Ghee & keep it cool
Grind oats & Pumpkin seeds in grinder
Take 350 gms of Dats & crush in mixer with little water
Roast crushed dats in half table spoon ghee & mix roast dryfruits & powder of Pumpkin seeds & Oats & mixed it well for 5 mins.
Now cooled down & make roll of the stuff in foil paper & keep it into Freeze for 3 hrs. & cut it into small piece Now your Dats Dryfruits Barfi is ready, which you can consume any time.
