Milk 50ml
Veg oil 25 gm
Whole wheat atta 140gm
Almonds 10gm
Cashew nuts 10gm
Deseeded Dates 125gm
Hot water 200ml
1/8 tsp baking powder
Direction
Step-1
In a bowl put dates n add hot water to it n keep it aside for 30 mins so that the dates soften n later blend it into a smooth paste.
Step-2
In a glass bowl sieve whole wheat atta, baking powder n to it mix oil, milk n dates (paste) n mix it thoroughly so that no lumps r formed. It should not be a free flowing batter.
Step-3
Transfer the mixture in a microwave safe bowl/tin n microwave for 2 mins. Put in a toothpick n tk it out of it comes out clean its cooked. Let it cool off completely n then tk it out of the bowl and garnish it with almonds n cashews.
Step-4
U can always replace dates with bananas. If u do not hv a bowl u can replace that with a coffee mug and mk it a mug cake. It is a quick fix for a very sweet tooth. Njoy
