Oats -1 cup
Coconut flour -1 cup
Dark chocolate chips - 50 gms
Milk -1 cup
Vanilla essence -1/2tbsp
Sugar free natura cook & bake -2 tbsp
Baking powder -1tsp
Baking soda -1/2tsp
Vegetable oil -40ml
Ghee melted - 30 ml
Grind half oats into oats flour . Mix oats flour, oats and coconut flour . Add baking powder , baking soda , sugar , ghee and oil, and half of the total quantity of Chico chips. . Put vanilla essence and milk and give it a good mix. The consistency should be like kneaded flour . . Shape them into balls , press and stick about - Chicochips on top . Bake at degree C for mins . Take them out , check if done . If not bake for another nmins. . Enjoy a very healthy cookie replacement
