How to make Dark Choc Mousse
Step-1
Melt dark chocolate + water + sugar-free (according to taste) in a microwave
Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whisk till it has medium peaks and foamy
Fold the whites into the cooked choc mixture and set in glass/ ceramic cups and refrigerate for an hour
P.s I used 2 splenda mini tabs to sweeten it and 70% dark choc
