Ingredients

Wheat noodles/pasta spaghetti-30 g

Peanut butter - 10 g

Soya sauce- 5 g

Honey- 1 tsp / stevia

Chilli flakes

Pepper powder

Any salad veggies-50 g

Chopped ginger garlic -1 /2

Olive oil- 3g

Salt

Method

Step 1

First boil noodles in water and drain it in a sieve, add cold water again drain and Keep aside

Step 2

In a pan heat olive oil

Step 3

Add finely chopped ginger garlic and sauté

Step 4

Mix peanut butter,soya sauce ,some water if needed and form a paste stirring it

Step 5

Add this to pan , stir well to form a sauce , add boiled noodle , and coat them with sauce

Step 6

Clean and cut veggies, sprinkle some salt and pepper powder

Step 7

In a plate first assemble veggies Then add any protein if you want Then add noodles

Step 8

Drizzle little honey or stevia powder ,some roasted sesame seeds Enjoyyyy!!
