How to make Dalma
Boil together all the cut vegetables, dal along with ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida for about 20 odd minutes
Make a tempering with ghee, cumin powder and mustard seeds and put the boiled ingredients from above into it and stir to mix well
Put the coriander leaves on the final product to garnish and that's all!
