Ingredients for Dalia Vegetable Upma
- › Dalia(50gms)
- › olive oil (7gms)
- › peanuts(10gms)
- › onions(10gms)
- › tomato(10gms)
- › Green peas(5gms)
- › carrot(10gms)
- › green chilli
Method
1. Heat a pan and add oil, add tampering and peanuts.
2. add onions, chillies and a little salt
3. add carrot, green peas and tomatoes and close the pan with a lid( you can add other Vegetables of your choice)
4. add little more salt and a glass full of water. once the water is in boiling state, add Dalia
5. put the stove on medium heat and let it cook
6. I dry roast Dalia before cooking it for a better taste.
