Dalia Vegetable Upma
- olive oil (7gms)
- Green peas(5gms)
- green chilli
Heat a pan and add oil, add tampering and peanuts.
add onions, chillies and a little salt
add carrot, green peas and tomatoes and close the pan with a lid( you can add other Vegetables of your choice)
add little more salt and a glass full of water. once the water is in boiling state, add Dalia
put the stove on medium heat and let it cook
I dry roast Dalia before cooking it for a better taste.
