Ingredients for dal whey dosa
- › Moong dal , masoor dal and raw whey
1. Soak 60g masoor dal and 40g moong dal overnight.
2. Wash dal next morning.
3. Grind dal with some green chilli, jeera.
4. Add 30g raw whey and salt and mix everything.
5. Pour in hot tawa and flip it when the sides start coming out. Take off from pan when cooked on both side.
