How to make dal-paneer masala


PROCEDURE :- 1. Wash moong dal and pressure cook in enough water for 3 whistles. 2. Heat the pan with ghee/coconut oil, Add cumin seeds and when it sizzles, add garlic and ginger paste,green chilly and chopped onions and cook till it turns translucent. 3. Add finely chopped tomato and sauté till the tomatoes turn mushy. 4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder ,garam masala powder, crushed kasuri methi.salt according to your taste,and a pinch of lemon. 5. sauté for 2 to 3 mins over low flame till the raw smell disappears. 6. Add mashed moong dal and mix well. If the mixture is too thick, add water according to your preferences. 7. Cook over low flame for 2 to 3 mins and add paneer cubes,garnish with coriander leaves. 8. serve hot! 🔥
