How to make Dal Mooli
Step-1
Wash and chop radish leaves
Step-2
Make paste of tomato, green chili and ginger
Step-3
Heat a pressure cooker add oil, jeera and hing.
Step-4
Add tomato paste, turmeric, red chili powder, salt and cook for a minute
Step-5
Add radish leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes
Step-6
Add mung dal and water and close the pressure cooker. Cook fir 2 whistles or simmer on low for 10mins
Step-7
Once cooked add lemon juice and serve with rice or roti/chapati
