How to make dal makhni

Step-1

Soak dal and rajma together over night

Step-2

boiled dal and rajma in pressure cooker for 7-8 vessel

Step-3

take a pan add ghee in it and hot it

Step-4

Add onion and garlic and saute it till golden brown

Step-5

Add tomato and stir it

Step-6

Now add all the spices according to your taste

Step-7

Add little bit of water and cover it with plate

Step-8

Now add boiled dal and rajma and cooked for 10 mints

Step-9

Dal makhni is ready to serve hot and garnish with curd
