Ingredients for Dal idli
- › Urd dal (raw)
- › yellow moong dal (raw)
- › rice(raw)
- › salt
- › water
Method
1. Soak 200 gms urd dal,50gms yellow moong dal and 100 gms rice for 7hours.after this process grind them and add lil salt and keep for fermantation just for 5 - 6 hours. Then add little water like 10 ml to 20 ml to your batter to get normal consistency. normal size each cooked idlis are of 50gms. super soft and healthy breakfast menu.
