Ingredients for dal fry
- › Dal (40g)
- › Red chilli powder
- › Turmeric powder
- › Salt as per taste
- › Oil 5gm
- › Garam masala ( optional)
- › Curry leaves
- › Cumin seeds
- › Jeera
- › Onion
Method
1. Add oil in a pan once it’s been heated lightly add cumin and jeera seeds
2. Add curry onion fry until it’s golden yellow
3. Add curry leaves
4. Add spices of your choice or as mentioned in ingredients
5. Add boiled dal (in cooker)
6. Mix it well
7. Add water and close the pan for 10-15mins
8. Once water is reduced mix well and serve
