Ingredients for Dal Chila
- › 50gm yellow moong dal
- › 1 green chilli
- › 5gm ginger
- › 1 small onion
- › 1 small tomato
- › 1 cheese cube
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. 1. Soak Moong dal for 2 hours. 2. Drain the water and grind the moong dal with ginger, green chilli and salt with little water to make the batter. 3. Heat the non stick pan and spread the chilla batter. 4. Cook on one side, flip it and cook the other side for few seconds. 5. Finally garnish with cheese. Eat with coriander and mint chutney. 😋
