Small pcs) 5 gms ghee/any oil For seasoning ( quantity according to taste) Mustard seeds Cumin seeds Corriander leaves for garnishing Dash of ginger Salt Pepper
Boil dal in cooker with two glass of water with salt in it. Take out the dal broth with water once it’s properly cooked n dal n water are blended well Take a cooking pan n add oil/ghee n heat it well Once oil is hot add the seasoning , mustard , cumin seeds, ginger, n then the veggies all together Cook for hardly two min as the crunchier the veggies , the better , add salt pepper to taste Add these to the dal broth which should be liquid consistency, garnish it with chopped corriander leaves. serve hot !
