Dahi wala Chicken
- Chicken - 180 gms Dahi- 170 gms Ghee/butter as required Salt as required Black pepper as required Chat masala as required Garlic -2-3 cloves Kasuri meethi - half table spoon
Put ghee,chicken, garlic & water with salt as per taste in pressure cooker....let 1-2 whistles come.... Then add chat masala, black pepper, salt(if required) & kasuri meethi in DAHI...NOT CHICKEN... Transfer all the chicken into kadai & give a boil to it.... then turn the flame low and add already prepared dahi into it.... Don't let the boil come fully & immediately transfer it into a bowl Enjoy!!
