How to make Dahi Vada
Step-1
Dahi vada in appe pan😍
You will not believe but it was so soft and yummy Dahi vada 😋 😍
Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking Time:10mins
Ingredients:
* Urad Dal-60 gm
* Greek Yogurt- 100gms
* Tamarind-20gm
*Raisin-5gm
* stevia - as per taste
Tempering: (optional)
* Oil-7 gm
* Cumin powder
* Red chillies
Batter Preparation:
1. Soak Urad Dal overnight.
2. Grind it by adding little water and place it in a bowl.
3. Add salt and few cumin seeds
4. Turn on the gas and place appe pan and spray some oil.
5. Place the batter in the appe pan and cover it .
6. Now wait for 2-3 minutes .Later turn the vada on to the other side and fry it for another 2-3 mins.
7. Now check and if it’s done remove from pan.
Water Preparation: To make vada so soft.
1. Boil some water in the pan and add pinch of Hing.
2. Boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas.
3. Add all the prepare vada in the water for 15 minutes .
4. After 15 minutes remove all vada and squeeze the water .
5. Now add vada in the yogurt bowl 🍲
Chutney -
1. Take tamarind and water and boil it for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add stevia
3. Let it cool down for 5 minutes and after that remove the tamarind seed .
Yogurt Preparation:
1. In a bowl take yogurt & water. Beat it for few mins to make it smooth and thin.
2. Add salt & chili powder.(You can also add your own masalas.)
3. Now place the Vadas and chutney and add the tempering.
4.add 4-5 raisin
