- Poha 50gms
- Whey protein 1scoop
- Curd 200gms
- Dry fruits 10gms
- 2 Almonds, 2 Cashew, 4Raisins
Grind Poha in the blender to powder form. Keep it dry don't soak it in water.
Mix 1scoop of whey well with the powdered Poha
Add 200gms of Curd to the above dry mixture.
Add Dry fruits, Almonds, Cashew & Raisins to enhance the taste.
Mix everything well & serve it chilled.
