How to make Dahi Papdi Chaat
Step-1
Papdi :
add ghee & salt to wheat flour. mix well using both palms. add ajwain & crushed jeera. knead a semi soft dough. make small / mini puris & air fry crisp in preheated airfryer @ 180 degrees for 5 - 7 mins. makes approx 7 - 8 crispy puris.
Step-2
Tangy Chutney :
take a bowl. add tamarind pulp or powder with little water. add black salt, stevia, jeera powder.
Green Chutney :
grind coriander leaves with ginger garlic paste, little water & salt.
Step-3
Curd :
take curd in a mixing bowl. add black salt & Chaat masala. mix well.
Step-4
place all the puris on a plate. add curd above puris. add both chutney generously & serve.
