Dahi 50 grams
Papad 50 grams
Onion 1 (40 grams)
Tomatoes 2 ( 80 grams )
Ginger garlic paste (5 grams)
Oil 10 ml
Direction
Step-1
Heat oil in a pan, add few sprigs of curry leaves and a tsp of cumin
Step-2
Now add fine chopped onions and sauté for a minute, add ginger garlic paste and cook for one more minute
Step-3
Add tomatoes, salt , 5 grams garam masala , pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes
Step-4
Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil, then add curd and stir well
Step-5
Cook it for 2-3 more minutes and add papad broken in pieces ( microwave papad for 40 seconds)
