Dahi Kalimirch chicken
- 10gm cashew
- 100gm hung curd
- 200gm chicken
- Ghee 5gm
- 50gm onion
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Black pepper powder
- Cumin powder
- Cloves 5 pc & black peppercorns 5pc
Marinate chicken with half the qty of curd and keep for 15mins.
In a bowl, boil water, add cashews, onions cloves n whole peppercorns. Let it sit for 5mins. Take the things out, let it cool and blend it well in a grinder.
Next heat ghee in a wok, add the onion cashew paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and cook in low heat.
Add the marinated chicken and keep stirring. Add the remaining hung curd. Add black pepper powder and salt (as per your taste). Mix this well and cover the wok with a lid. Add lukewarm water if you want little gravy.
Take off after 15 mins. Serve hot with rice or paratha. You may add little milk cream if required (optional).
