How to make Daal Chawal Dumplings
Step-1
Soak the daal for at least 2-3 hours and cook it for 3-4 whistles with salt and turmeric .Remove access water and mash it a little if needed.
Step-2
Heat 3 gm of oil and add onion to it. Now add mashed daal and spices, cook everything together for 3-4 min. Let it cool
Step-3
Make dough with rice flour and hot water. Be careful while making it as you are using hot water
Step-4
Make dumplings using above dough and mixture
Step-5
Steam them for 10 min and serve them with dip of your choice
