How to make Daal and semolina dosa with stuffed veggies

Step-1

Saute veggies in a little butter with mustard seeds and cumin seeds and spices of choice

Step-2

Soak the daal for a few hours and then blend it with ginger, cumin powder, salt and green chilli and very little water

Step-3

Once blended, add semolina and blend again

Step-4

Get dosa consistency by adding water to the batter

Step-5

Coat butter in pan and pour the batter and spread it thin

Step-6

Once it turns golden, flip it for 15-30 seconds and then add veggies in the dosa and serve.
