Curry leaves thepala
- Handful of curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green chillies 4-5
- Wheat flour 40gms
- Ghee 8gms
In one pan add 5gms ghee, ginger garlic paste and green chilly. Saute it nicely for 2 min. Then add curry leaves to it. Again saute for 5min.
Step 1 to be added in grinder n grate it for fine paste.
Then take big bowl and add 40gms wheat flour and den add step to and make nice smooth dough
Keep this dough aside for 15min
Then make chapati n put 3gms of ghee on it
