Chicken - 880g
Onion 1 large cut into cubes
Curry leaves - 6-8 springs
Ginger and Garlic paste - 3 tbs
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tbs
Soya Sauce - 1 tbs
Ginger and Garlic cut into small pieces
Garam Masala - 1 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbs
Chilli Powder - 1 tbs
Green Chillis - 5-6
Salt as needed
Oil - 1 tbs
Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces. Take a bowl and mix with with ginger and garlic paste, salt, turmeric, pepper powder.
Add oil in a frying pan and keep at very low flame. Add chopped ginger and garlic, green Chillis and fry for - mins. Add add curry leaves and stir for a min. Now add onions stir till then cook or turn pink
Now add all spices and turn to low flame flame. I usually add little water so they won’t stick bottom and cook well
Now Add chicken into this and cook with lid on and stirring in between for - mins at medium flame.
At the end remove cover and let water vapor away. Add remaining pepper powder and soy sauce. Stir for a min
Adjust salt as needed. Caution: Adjust spice from pepper powder, green Chillis and red chilli powder according to your taste buds.
