How to make CURD SOYA
Step-1
squeeze out water from soaked soya graules and keep it aside. also beat the curd and keep it aside too..
Step-2
heat oil in a pan and add musturd seed , curry leaves and urad daal and let them splutter.
Step-3
then add the chopped green chilly and ginger and just fry them until its rawness is gone.
Step-4
add the soya granules and stir it and switch off the gas.
Step-5
Then add the beaten curd and salt to taste, then mix it well with soya granules and lastly add the chopped green coriander .
Take out in a bowl and ready to serve.
